Autolabe's Automatic Wipe-On Applicator has been the workforce of the
pressure sensitive labeling industry since 1967. Originally
developed as a low cost solution to apply pressure sensitive labels, the
Model 110 has been continually upgraded to meet today's demanding labeling
needs and is used in virtually every industry for primary and secondary
labeling. The Wipe-On Applicator is best suited for flat surfaces,
slightly tapered or convex surfaces. Custom modifications can be
made to match the application.
WIPE-ON OPERATIONAL SEQUENCE
The product is guided to the applicator using a consistent conveyor speed.
A product sensor detects the product and starts the label
applicator. The label is dispensed matching the speed of the
conveyor. A roller or brush is used to wipe-down the label to ensure
proper adhesion.
